Of course if you see several people in group chat saying I can’t sign in or all US channels are down this really won’t help but if your not seeing anyone else reporting issues.

Here are some simple steps to perform before we escalate to deeper troubleshooting.

Round 1 (clearing cache)
1) Go into Android Settings on your device and find APPS
2) Select the APP you are having trouble with (ie. Beast App/PerfectPlayer/etc)
3) Select Force Stop
4) Select Storage
5) Select Clear Cache
6) Reboot your device
7) Retest

Still Experiencing an Issue?

Round 2 (Network)

2) Unplug your Router (if applicable)
3) Unplug your Modem
4) Wait 5 minutes to allow the network to flush
5) After 5 minutes has passed plug everything back in the reverse order

If you are using a VPN you should let us know. This can solve issues but can also create them.
If issues persist try changing the server that you are attached to within your VPN provider. Some clients report higher success levels with “Chicago”.

What is IPTV?

Internet Protocol Television or better known as IPTV is an alternative to cable and satellite systems.

While Cable can cost upwards of $200 a month, IPTV averages around $20 a month for most services.

With Cable they give you equipment to use, have hotlines, and will even come to your house and fix your stuff. With IPTV you supply your own equipment and get help over the internet when issues arise.

While a good IPTV service can be very stable there can be downtime from time to time due to many variables. For this reason it is always good to have a backup IPTV service at the ready. With Cable you have no real backup options in your city if cable goes out.

With Cable you get a EPG. With IPTV you also get a EPG but sometimes it may not be 100% accurate.

IPTV channel quality can be very good, but channels may vary due to the source of the channel. Channels come and go and are sometimes removed or replaced and is never guaranteed to stay. While Cable quality is consistent over all and their line-up rarely changes.

What is recommended?

Let’s face it most people watch local channels and watch the movie channels that play the same things over and over again ever month when we are bored.

We recommend either keeping a basic plan Cable or Satellite or have an option of connecting an Antenna. This keeps the wife happy for cord cutters and you still save a ton of money.

Must have a supported device and HIGH SPEED INTERNET. A speed of 15 mbps ON THE DEVICE you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. Any device older than 5 years will not work. Perfect example anything running over WiFi is not going to get as good of a connection as being plugged into the LAN directly so if your using WiFi make sure your not trying to watch tv on a device that’s over 500ft away from your WiFi box.
